ABOUT US

Established in 2004, the Spencer Lofts Gallery is a unique community exhibition space within the Spencer Lofts condominium complex in Chelsea, MA.

The gallery showcases artist-residents of Spencer Lofts as well as artists and musicians from the greater Boston area. We welcome queries from artists, community groups, and local musicians seeking performance or exhibition space.

The Gallery’s current committee members are Darlene DeVita, Elaine Laughlin, and Shahana Bhaduri.  In addition, Christine Giraud and Devra Sari Zabot help the gallery with social media and promotions. We are forever grateful for all of the artists, volunteers and supporters throughout Chelsea and the Greater Boston Area who help make the gallery a fun space for people to come together.

By Public Transportation: Take the "T" Blue Line to Maverick Station in East Boston, then take the 116 0r 117 bus to Broadway and Webster in Chelsea. Take a right on Webster and walk 2 blocks to Dudley Street; take a right on Dudley and an immediate right into the parking lot. The gallery is on the right.  

By Car The Gallery: Spencer Lofts is located between Spencer and Dudley Streets, just off Webster Avenue. Street parking is available on Webster and Dudley Streets. Please do not park in the parking lot of the Dudley Street complex, or your car will be towed. Accessible parking is available.
